Danavir R  contains two drugs namely darunavir 600mg and ritonavir 100mg. Darunavir 600mg+Ritonavir 100mg  is an antiretroviral medicine used in the treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) – 1 infection in adults. Darunavir 600mg+Ritonavir 100mg
acts as a protease inhibitorthat interferes with the reproductive cycle of HIV thus reduces the viral load of HIV in your body. Ritonavir50mg  is a potent CYP3A inhibitor that increases plasma drug concentrations of other protease inhibitors. The drug is used in combination with other antiretrovirals to control and treat HIV-1 infection.
 
DANAVIR R TABLET USES
 
Darunavir 600mg+Ritonavir 100mg  is used to treat adults and children above 3 years of age or if weight is more than 15Kg who are infected by HIV-1. Darunavir 600mg+Ritonavir 100mg  is a protease inhibitor that interferes with the multiplication of HIV particles.
